Nature’s Gym – Primitive Patterns

We’re taking 50 members for this summer’s program.

When was the last time you connected with movement, breath and nature?

We believe in reconnecting to the basics and our summer gym membership will allow you to do just that.

Primitive Patterns has devised a unique fitness experience for the months of June-September. This 4 month fitness experience will include outdoor workouts, hikes, guided trail runs and everything you need to move your body, connect with nature and meditate within a 1 hour session.

There will be multiple classes offered on a weekly basis, with signup done through our simple online schedule. This allows you to pick your classes at the start of the week and know exactly when you are dedicating time to mental and physical health.

All sessions will allow you to reconnect with your mind, body and nature.

Run and Gun

Explode through that mid day wall with an intense HIIT style movement session. Prowler sleds, battles ropes and your primitive patterns team will get your mind and body ready to make easy work out of the rest of your day

Water and Sand

Fresh water, sand, and primal movement – could it get any better? This session is the perfect way to reconnect with your mind, body and nature.

Trail Runs

Come run wild with the Primitive Patterns team. This session incorporates running, calisthenic movements, and is guaranteed to leave you feeling reconnected.

Primitive Circuit

The original primitive patterns session. Functional movement, HIIT, and the outdoors. This one has always been a Tribe favourite.

Rise and Shine

Breath, body weight, and continuous flow. This session will leave you primed for a balanced and vibrant day.
